Return Policy

Returned purchases are available for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of an in-store purchase or 14 days of the receipt of an online purchase. We do not issue cash refunds.

Item(s) must be in perfect condition with original tags attached, unused & unworn; free of any makeup, deodorant, or stains of any kind; free of perfume or other smells.

Items not available for return include accessories, bodysuits & leggings (due to hygiene reasons) Clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges will be offered in-store only; exceptions will be considered only if customer agrees to pay all shipping costs.

Threaded/NoraSkye is not responsible for lost or stolen items once shipped.

 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.

To report damaged items, email us at threadedforyou@gmail.com. Email must include photos of damages being reported.

*Variations in color due to monitors, lighting, etc. do not qualify as damaged.


Process for Returns

Send email to threadedforyou@gmail.com (including order number) to inform us of a return. Email must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is advised (acceptable options: USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
